Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

This was my first time  And I have to say it was amazing they took great care of me  Gave me medicine that Made me great instantly  Def recommend it

Samentha was very helpful and attentive, she was the main advocate on making sure my insurance coverage and process were taken care of. Very friendly and inviting, as I am new to the area, she for sure helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of. All scheduling and paperwork was completed ahead of time online very easy.

1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

Had a sinus infection and swollen tonsils.  I scheduled my appointment and I was seen fast. Staff was caring facility was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me the right type of medication I needed for my illness and I am starting to feel a lot better.

I went in because I had some concerns about my heart because I was getting chest pain and I was lightheaded. I was attended right away and welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, I felt very comfortable in this environment. The staff Veronica, and Rossio were very friendly, very informative and quick to help me. I left without any concerns. I had all the information I needed to know I will most likely recommend this place to anyone else I know that needs to be checked up on.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.
