Find an Allergy Testing provider in Sands Point, NY

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

The staff was wonderful. Very attentive and very helpful. They knew what they were doing. Didn’t have to wait long. Provider was very resourceful and great at explaining the steps for me to feel better. Overall a great experience. Front desk girls were amazing!

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

it was smooth and good, when i went in they attended to me one time and gave me what i needed and i feel better already

Check-in and Scheduling were easy.  Dr. Ross was caring, patient and thorough.

Had to come in for a time sensitive issue. Dr. Gabriel was fantastic, helpful, and professional. Office was clean and functional. I was out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

Was able to book my appt. easily online. Both the nurse and PA were great!

Easy to walk in - get a quick appointment- clean and easy snd everyone friendly. Nurse was fine - although ordered me blood tests and said (on a Friday) that since she’s not in until Monday would have to wait for her to call me to discuss them. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever- blood tests came back today (Saturday) and I see elevated issues - could be nothing of course or could require antibiotics or medication, but of course no way to reach anyone easily to ask.   So clearly a major gap in the service.

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

My first time here. There was some complications with my procedure. An obvious more experienced attendant had to assist so it took more time than expected. Overall, the visit was fine. Shelly

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Scheduling, Check-in, Staff, & Care were all excellent. This facility is highly recommendable!
