I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. The staff and doctors were friendly, attentive, and professional. The Dr (Wundeful) listened to me and evaluated my needs and was refreshing to me. They have you check in on a tablet up front and wait in your vehicle, calling you when your turn is up. Amazing experience, thank you all!

This location was the most efficient and friendly Urgent care my husband and I experienced out of a few here in Aberdeen! We came in 6 mins before close with our feverish infant son. We were hesitant because we knew they were getting ready to close and felt that they would be less than willing to help because we would delay their closing. Not the case at all. Amber and The NP Katy Garnett were amazing! Check in to discharge was less than 1.5hrs and they were very welcoming and attentive to our child! Since then we do not hesitate to go to this location whenever we have an issue! Definitely our go to because of those two young ladies!
