There is a wait but once you get in the care is excellent. Took time to answer questions and go over my care thoroughly. Dr Gross was very pleasant and made the whole experience a very positive one.

I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!

Christine was so amazing. She listened to all my symptoms and treated me with empathy. I will definitely go back!

I'm not one to usually write a review unlike most people. Every business every person has a bad day, but why must everyone judge a business/person on one bad minute. With that said I have to say ReadyMED, Auburn is by far the BEST! I have been there 3 times in Auburn, unfortunately twice in a 24 hours period both times they were amazing. The morning shift 2/1 and the evening shift 2/2 you know who you are. Keep up the awesome work, its a tough job and you never get the credit you are due. Thank you for everything!!

I found them all to be very professional and listens to every question I had an answered every single one of them,comforting to know that there are actually physicians who take their title to an extent to satisfy the patients...well done.
