Clinic did not have catheters, I was referred to ER, very disappointed

Took my daughter this afternoon to get her ears checked for a possible infection from her earrings. The front desk staff were super friendly , the gentleman that saw us before the doctor was as well. The doctor was awesome. My daughter was super nervous and she made her feel at ease. Even asked her questions about her stuffed animals she had which just showed she cared and wanted to make her feel relaxed! Experience couldn’t have been better!!

Made my appointment same day and everything from check in to my departure was great! The team at the Cypress location is always pleasant, efficient and friendly I highly recommend them!! Thank you!

Was looking for a new place after moving, and I will definitely be coming back! From the front staff to the MA to the PA, all my questions were answered with respect. I was a walk in and didn’t wait as long as I had thought, Their online presence makes this place easy to navigate and schedule and view medical records.

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I feel a lot better now.. I will go there again and suggest it to family and friends. Thank you doctor and staff

Waited 4 days for earliest appointment. Still had to wait 90 minutes to be seen.

Walked in, took my 3 year old daughter. Was able to make it before closing time , everyone was friendly most I waited over all was around 2hours .

I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!
