Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The receptionist at this practice was wonderful and I would highly recommend the doctor if I remember correctly her name is Christine

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

Had to come in for a time sensitive issue. Dr. Gabriel was fantastic, helpful, and professional. Office was clean and functional. I was out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Couldn't make it into work the past couple days. I new l had SOMETHING! Thanks to Dr. Fahnrich and his friendly staff, l was in and outta the office in about an hour! Went there for swelling under the ear and throat.  Tender to touch.   Have been sick and very congested.   I most likely have a sinus infection due to a recent cold.   I left with no answers regarding the swelling and was told it could be viral.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
