Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Check-in and Scheduling were easy.  Dr. Ross was caring, patient and thorough.

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

Very easy to book appointment online but when I went in it was still an hour wait . Dr was very professional and caring gave me meds and was thorough . I’ve been here before and they have always done a thorough exam and felt better . Would definitely recommend.

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.
