Everything was great but I was the last patient on a Friday night and my prescription never made it to the pharmacy; I even checked back the next morning. But there was no one to call at your office so I had to go to another clinic with weekend hours just to get the antibiotics I came to you for.

Everything was good except the waiting for a provider to call in for my appointment . There wasn't a provider in the office.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

I make it a practice never to respond to requests for reviews, but I had to make an exception for DOCS Urgent Care. From the easy and clear online intake, to the courteous people at the front desk, to the professionals who examined me and ultimately diagnosed the lab results, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, informative and comforting. There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
