Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.

Went in to check on a pesky cough. The staff was very friendly. The MA was very friendly. The provider was promote and knowledgeable. Over all a great experience.

Woke up with a sore throat was able to get in super early. All staff were professional and friendly! Thanks!

Knowing this place is open everyday is comforting again the staff is totally on point as to listen & even provided paperwork of the visit detailing amazing! P.A. The facility on rte 125 north andover was fine once I was seen by the healthcare provider and I have nothing negative regarding the care. BUT the male individual who "sits" at the front reception desk needs to Go. He has zero customer service skills and is clueless and very rude regarding his patient-interaction. He told me "check yourself in over there ( at the kiosk), because I'm busy; so if you don't want to do it yourself, you'll have to wait, because I'm doing something now". I asked what about the other "receptionist" sitting near him. He said: "She's eating, so you'll have to wait; or go some place else". I would like to know who hires people like these? One is "busy eating" [ at front desk] so she can't or won't accommodate checking me in;;; he us busy with "something",,,,so if I don't like being treated in such a derogatory manner by these two morons...he told me I can "go some place else". ! Wow, just Wow. If this is all they can find to "sit" at front desk....I have a suggestion: please have no one "sit" at front desk and get paid for doing nothing. Since there is availability to do self-check-in....then just do away with these two useless airheads.

Call doc on Sunday and they recommended I get screen asap for suspected shingles. Was in an out in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Easy to book an appt ahead of time. Office staff were kind and the entire facility was so clean.
