The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

Got in very quickly and the doctor was able to find an easy solution for my deep cut.

My son advised the nurse and PA that he was experiencing a cough, ear ache, sore throat and stuffy nose. They didn’t check anything but his throat and sent him on his way with a Rx.  If I am paying to see a DOCTOR, and complain that my ear hurts, possibly check my ear. My mother went there a few weeks ago and there is apparently a checklist she was supposed to fill out. She didn’t receive it so the clinic answered all of the questions and sent it to her primary doctor. What????   Having urgent care is great but they need to actually provide medical assistance.
