From the front desk, to the vitals nurse, to the Doctor, we felt like everyone genuinely listened and cared about our concerns. I would recommend this urgent care if you find yourself needing one for your kids.

My son had a fever for a couple days I needed him to be seen right away and I wanted somewhere kid friendly and this place was perfect.

Scheduling my appointment online was easy and the quality of care, my daughter received for her physical, was excellent! I absolutely will recommend to my family and friends!

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

The receptionist was awesome. Helping me with the check in. She was very helpful with a great attitude

I was so happy about the location being so close to my house. Was good parking available and was seen in about 30 minutes. The nurse took my blood for my blood test and was patience enough because my blood was low. I had a good experience. Thank you.

Checkin and initial triage were fine, but I felt rushed by the nurse practitioner. There were no other patients so I’m not sure why. Maybe they are expected to have a short processing time,  but i would have preferred more time to ask questions and to be asked questions, without a quick immediate diagnosis .

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

Overall satisfied reception entry questioner may need improvement otherwise all ok

This place is great ..Russell and staff wonderful...
