Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I woke up coughing severely, bringing up a lot of phlegm. It's been seven days, and I came back for a follow-up. The doctor said my lungs sounded muffled and prescribed me some cough pills and antibiotics.

They were nice just took so long even though I was the only patient but sweet staff

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

Rooms and bathrooms not being cleaned fast enough. Room we went into floor was a bit dirty.  Security guard sat down and slept off and on.  Front desk workers looked ready to clock out. Light was off over their area.  They ran out of flu tests now we have to wait 5 days for a result. That is insane.  Please do better. And staff should be masked. All staff.

The receptionist at this practice was wonderful and I would highly recommend the doctor if I remember correctly her name is Christine

I just wanted to check my blood pressure. The care taker was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was told what to do and what not to do. I felt very comfortable. Will be back.

The doctor was the best I was there previously and she’s the same great doctor every time

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!
