Scheduling was easy enough, check in easy, friendly front desk and nurse!  PA matter of fact and no bed side manner busy interest on phone with personal call!  He could have given more information about diagnosis and meds prescribed!  He seemed disengaged.  In and out quick enough.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

I walked in an hour and a half before they close. I don’t think the mail technician was happy about it, but in the end he will still remain professional. The doctor was nice and the front clerk was wonderful.

Everyone is extremely professional and attentive to patient needs, care, and treatment.  They go above and beyond to provide the most appropriate treatment, and are very thorough to ensure all areas of concern are addressed to the child and families comfort and satisfaction. My son woke up with a bad cough, fever and sore throat. Was able to make him an appointment for later on that day.(my choice). Overall, it was a good experience. Except for the doctor. The doctor seemed like she was in a rush. Her bedside manners was very rude. My Daughter was trying to translate in Spanish and the doctor seemed VERY annoyed. I would go back, but if it was with the same doctor, I would not.

Pleasant check in staff. Great nurse and excellent doctor. Made me feel comfortable and I feel confident I received good medical treatment. I will be back the next time I need urgent care.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
