The Solvhealth phone App sucks.  What a waste of my time.  Not everything should be done on your phone.  After taking photos of my insurance card the app gave me no method of continuing. Pretty f’n stupid but typical of poorly designed Apps

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

woke up with flu symptoms. scheduling an appointment easy. no wait time. friendly and knowledgeable staff.

They were able to take me on short notice and sorted everything out professional and compassionate. Very efficient and nice people.

Came in with a few concerns many an Aisha were very kind and helpful as well as the care provider regarding my concerns.. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

I booked and was seen the same morning. The checkin process was extremely easy and we seen with in mins of arrival.

Nurses and MA’s are amazing. Great staff always met with a smile.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Oral abscess great NP great staff felt listened to and seen prescription sent to my pharmacy immediately even though it was a holiday Very happy with the care I received
