The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

They were able to take me on short notice and sorted everything out professional and compassionate. Very efficient and nice people.

I was seen by a very competent physical assistant. She addressed my needs and concerns and prescribed an appropriate antibiotic. I am on the road to recovery and appreciate the excellent care I received at this urgent care! I would recommend this facility highly!

This visit I waited about 30 minutes before getting into a room, that was quicker than usual but I was the only person waiting. I filled out my check-in ahead of arriving so I anticipated getting in quick on a Tuesday afternoon. I didn't like that the office scheduled my appointment for me with a different primary doctor than my usual, and I didn't like that the doctor was virtual and I talked to a tablet. I would have preferred waiting longer for an appointment to see my same doctor, but you can't see which provider you're scheduled with. Next time I'll inquire about that if it's possible. Mostly I felt confused that this virtual doctor recommended a treatment plan that was different than what I had discussed with my usual provider. I have had good experiences here and I still like the office, mostly though because I like my usual doctor, he's really great.

My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.

They was so nice to my kids the doc was excelent and the staff was so nice miss Indira and genesis

I booked and was seen the same morning. The checkin process was extremely easy and we seen with in mins of arrival.
