Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Dr. Shah and his staff were terrific. They identified the problem and ordered the appropriate treatment.  I would recommend their office to anyone!

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

The team was very nice and helpful. I figured there would be a wait since I booked the appointment a few hours earlier and was happy I was able to be seen today.

Everything went well until we found the prescription was never called in and you are closed today. I’m sick. This was not helpful.

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

Everyone was very respectful, the doctor had bedside manner and spoke very clearly and explained everything and answered questions for me

Long wait prescription was never sent in I’m beyond disappointed

I did a walk in, and didn’t wait long before I saw a nurse. The exam room was nice and clean. I talked to a doctor virtually who was understanding and empathetic. He wanted to get me some antibiotics to start feeling better. I will definitely be going back if a similar situation occurs again. I would recommend them to anyone who might not be able to see their regular doctor.

Was able to make an appt online  and was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience and pharmacy across the street!  Thank you!

I spent all day friday with my primary care office.no help at all.i walked into your office,got help in a reasonable time frame.doctor listened to me,diagnosed me and off I went to the drug store.i can now take my medicine and see my family for christmas.Big thank you.
