I was very happy when Ashley walked into the exam room! I've seen her during past visits. She is attentive, listens, asks me questions and her concern is genuine and appreciated.

I did a walk in, and didn’t wait long before I saw a nurse. The exam room was nice and clean. I talked to a doctor virtually who was understanding and empathetic. He wanted to get me some antibiotics to start feeling better. I will definitely be going back if a similar situation occurs again. I would recommend them to anyone who might not be able to see their regular doctor.

My husband scheduled an appointment for me and within minutes of my arrival I was greeted with a smile and was admitted shortly thereafter.  Rebekah and the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  The clinic is in a convenient location.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.
