Rooms and bathrooms not being cleaned fast enough. Room we went into floor was a bit dirty.  Security guard sat down and slept off and on.  Front desk workers looked ready to clock out. Light was off over their area.  They ran out of flu tests now we have to wait 5 days for a result. That is insane.  Please do better. And staff should be masked. All staff.

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

I just wanted to check my blood pressure. The care taker was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was told what to do and what not to do. I felt very comfortable. Will be back.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Staff is courteous and caring.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

The staff was friendly, thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.
