10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

Love going to urgent care for kids, always so easy to book and super clean. All staff are very friendly, I appreciate y’all!!

My son was sick, after school I made an appointment it was very easy and there were different times.  The staff were very friendly.

Overall satisfied reception entry questioner may need improvement otherwise all ok
