I was very happy when Ashley walked into the exam room! I've seen her during past visits. She is attentive, listens, asks me questions and her concern is genuine and appreciated.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I make it a practice never to respond to requests for reviews, but I had to make an exception for DOCS Urgent Care. From the easy and clear online intake, to the courteous people at the front desk, to the professionals who examined me and ultimately diagnosed the lab results, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, informative and comforting.
