Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Made an appointment last night for persistent bronchitis symptoms for first thing in the morning. Was seen almost immediately upon checking in at 8 am. Nurse Haley, Brianna and the rest of the staff were excellent. Amazing bedside manner. Would 100% recommend.

As always - though fortunately have not had to visit often - l have been treated with kind professionalism.  Questions answered, treatment options discussed.  Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
