Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Never a place you want to go to, but everyone is so friendly and efficient!  I’ve been many times and always a great experience!

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

The staff was very nice and was so great with my 7 month old.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Staff was great and took us in immediately in a holiday weekend.  This was the only facility we found open and was well worth the 15 minute drive.   Convenient location and outstanding staff that was caring and very responsive.  Highly recommend!!

Everything went well until we found the prescription was never called in and you are closed today. I’m sick. This was not helpful.

I did a walk in, and didn’t wait long before I saw a nurse. The exam room was nice and clean. I talked to a doctor virtually who was understanding and empathetic. He wanted to get me some antibiotics to start feeling better. I will definitely be going back if a similar situation occurs again. I would recommend them to anyone who might not be able to see their regular doctor.
