Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

Scheduling online is very easy and convenient. Got an early morning appointment with no problem.

This is my first time going to an urgent care and the care that I got was great. All the people were friendly and sounded very knowledgeable. Seemed they care more about me than I did.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I love this locations, from the ladies in the office to the providers. They are what urgent means and the level of care is top tier

Was able to schedule an appointment to be seen quickly.  Taken into exam room soon after arriving.  Care was thorough & professional.

4th year getting dot physical here..always very professional
