You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! It is not a coincidence- it is not that a virus ran its course - I was getting worse not better until you've me the rx.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.
