I have already a appointment with the clinic and I wait about 6 minutes to get inside the check room after that I went to the examination room and about 5 minutes to see the doctor and that was it

Have had a cough for a week and was going out of town, wanted to make sure it was nothing serious

The assistant that brought me back to the exam room could not have been more robotic, unfriendly and cold; horrible bedside manners. Fortunately this type of behavior is rare at this clinic. The front staff, checkout and Megan were 5-✰☆ great!

I went in for a virus and pinkeye and everyone from the front desk to the physician was so kind and helpful! Kaylan was wonderful, relatable and made an unfortunate doctor visit a little better. :) Urgent Med is my go-to and each visit is consistently great and easy!

My kid needed a physical done called and to my surprise they had an opening. Visit was awesome they had quick wait time visit it self was fast and efficient and the provider was awesome. Will definitely be recommending to others.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

Citydoc does not disappoint.   I was in and out in 30 minutes.   Talked with Doctor and had my prescription refill.  Last visit was in March I needed stitches.

Love going to urgent care for kids, always so easy to book and super clean. All staff are very friendly, I appreciate y’all!!

The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.
