The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

I have already a appointment with the clinic and I wait about 6 minutes to get inside the check room after that I went to the examination room and about 5 minutes to see the doctor and that was it

10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

Dr Johnson and her staff were awesome she made me feel welcome and I trust her and her staff great job guys I'm happy that you're my doctor very happy thank you

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
