I spent all day friday with my primary care office.no help at all.i walked into your office,got help in a reasonable time frame.doctor listened to me,diagnosed me and off I went to the drug store.i can now take my medicine and see my family for christmas.Big thank you.

Went in with a high fever, body aches, migraine, delirium, chest pain, weakness and hardship breathing. Staff never checked my temperature. My partner, Michael Quinn was also seen the same day for the same symptoms. The staff member he spoke to didn’t recognize the term pulmonary which is quite scary and concerning. For my partner, they only checked BP. No temp or pulse ox taken.

I booked and was seen the same morning. The checkin process was extremely easy and we seen with in mins of arrival.

The Solvhealth phone App sucks.  What a waste of my time.  Not everything should be done on your phone.  After taking photos of my insurance card the app gave me no method of continuing. Pretty f’n stupid but typical of poorly designed Apps

I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day.  I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk.  She was very patient with me and very sweet!  Very friendly staff! I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience.

They were able to take me on short notice and sorted everything out professional and compassionate. Very efficient and nice people.
