The nurse and doctor who saw me were so friendly and understanding of my fears and situation. They listened to everything I told them and offered me many solutions to my problems, even still understanding my lack of insurance and showing me where to find the cheapest options for prescriptions. All the staff made me feel cared for, as if they were friends of mine I’ve known for a long time. I was in and out in about an hour and am looking forward to my second visit. I scheduled an appointment over the app while I was still home.I find scheduling through the app is very convenient.Checking was easy.Doctor who i spoke with was extremely friendly,helpful,polite,informative.He explained everything to me in a way I can understand it.He did not rush me.He spent enough time to explain the situation and all options available.I am really happy with his service. The girl who was taking my vital signs was not polite and a bit rough.She seemed to me that she hates her job. That was my third time visiting that location and overall I am satisfied with the service provided.
