Needed to be seen on a Sunday morning. Made an appointment online & completed paperwork at the same time. They were very friendly & efficient! Got a lot of work done in a very short period of time. Extremely accommodating staff from reception to doc & checkout. I would definitely recommend!

The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. I was very sick and had difficulty in breathing. The doctor simply came to me and said your test results show that you have Corona Virus. He didn't even consider prescribing a medicine that will help me with the couph and chest pain. I also asked for the test results so I can send them to my employer to excuse me from work but they didn't provide me with the test results. They asked me to login and see the results online. I loged in but there wad no recent test results on there.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
