My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

The scheduling was a simple but out of the way, however i have no other complaints and everyone working there was very sweet and kind. I would recommend

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

My appointment was as great didn’t wait long was taken care in 20 mins and the MA was great and friendly. The doctor was very attentive and took good care of me prescribed the right medications and this morning I woke up better than I was. Would recommend.

WOKE THIS MORNIN NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT N FAMILY FIRST PUT ME AT EASE, FROM TIME I ARRIVED TO TIME I DEPARTED MY APPOINTMENT

The front desk staff and PA I saw were polite and friendly. The nurse however was abrupt and rude. Rushed through questions and acted bothered that I was there.

I was able to book an appointment very easily. Problem is the wait. I was seen over an hour after. Why make people book appointments if walk-ins are taken before scheduled and registered patients.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

I was so easy to schedule an appointment with them and when I got there everything went well. The wait time was about 15m and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
