Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

Everything went well until we found the prescription was never called in and you are closed today. I’m sick. This was not helpful.

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

I did a walk in, and didn’t wait long before I saw a nurse. The exam room was nice and clean. I talked to a doctor virtually who was understanding and empathetic. He wanted to get me some antibiotics to start feeling better. I will definitely be going back if a similar situation occurs again. I would recommend them to anyone who might not be able to see their regular doctor.
