Walked in for an issue I had with one of my ears. Front office staff had me checked-in in less than 10 minutes including me filling out my medical history. The medical assistant was efficient and friendly during rooming and getting my vitals. Doctor was personable and quickly diagnosed and explained my issue, prescribed a couple of meds which he called to a local pharmacy. Whole thing from leaving my house to returning home with meds was a little over an hour total!  A good experience :)

Everything was easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this urgent care and I will certainly come back. Thank you!

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Your Dr. x-rayed my injured foot and said it’s OK take tylenol.  Went to my orthopedist 3 days later and she x-rayed also and found a broken toe!  Shocking!

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

I did a walk in, and didn’t wait long before I saw a nurse. The exam room was nice and clean. I talked to a doctor virtually who was understanding and empathetic. He wanted to get me some antibiotics to start feeling better. I will definitely be going back if a similar situation occurs again. I would recommend them to anyone who might not be able to see their regular doctor.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.
