I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.
