Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

I was a walk in with a cough. I was treated very good and I didn’t wait very long. The doctor was great! Very good experience, and definitely will use it again if needed.

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

Long wait prescription was never sent in I’m beyond disappointed

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Scheduling appointments and communication with my Primary Care Physician is next to impossible and I think she is wonderful. Whenever I call the main number, I must navigate my way to get a live person to answer. Whenever I leave your voice message, I NEVER get a returned phone call. If this situation does not improve, I will be forced to find another care provider.  Your physicians and staff members are very well aware of the problem. You need to fix it!

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

The visit was for my 6 year old daughter who was experiencing congestion and ear pain. The entire experience was great, the office staff was friendly and helpful, there was no waiting, and the provider was kind and thorough.

Everything was good except the waiting for a provider to call in for my appointment . There wasn't a provider in the office.
