The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is our primary care facility. We love it from ability to get reasonably prompt appointments to friendly bedside manner, superb staff service, and high-quality care. Dr. Munoz (Ibrahim) is EXCEPTIONAL!.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

My baby was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and given a nebulizer. I didn’t like the way his breathing sounded but he didn’t seem bothered so rather than wait in a sick baby filled ER we came here and they got us in right away. Listened to his lungs, checked his vitals, gave me some advice on how to help him and most importantly gave me peace of mind. My baby boy loves the doctors there and I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Been fighting off upper respiratory symptoms for over 3 weeks. Decided I wasn't getting any better. Easily made an appointment for that day. Front desk staff, intake and practioner were all friendly and professional. I was in and out with meds waiting at my local pharmacy in quick time.

It was a very good experience. No wait time, friendly staff and prompt care from the provider

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.
