I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

I always have no issues when I go to the Greenvale Northwell health doctor is very friendly knowledgeable and seem to help me every time

Easy to get an appointment. Short waiting time to see doctor. She was confident and quick to identify my issue, how to care for it and what follow up was required. Will definitely return when necessary.

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

When I arrived I was nicely greeted. They got to me in a timely manner and had excellent bedside manner I thank everyone

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

My son woke up with a sore throat. His PCP was available, but not for many hours. The physician at DOCS had availability. She was empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful.

Everything about the visit was great. The staff was awesome and the Dr. as well. It’s a telehealth visit but more than that. I would definitely recommend the Monroe location.
