Super easy to schedule an appt - friendly staff got me in and out

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Scheduling appointments and communication with my Primary Care Physician is next to impossible and I think she is wonderful. Whenever I call the main number, I must navigate my way to get a live person to answer. Whenever I leave your voice message, I NEVER get a returned phone call. If this situation does not improve, I will be forced to find another care provider.  Your physicians and staff members are very well aware of the problem. You need to fix it!

The visit was for my 6 year old daughter who was experiencing congestion and ear pain. The entire experience was great, the office staff was friendly and helpful, there was no waiting, and the provider was kind and thorough.

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

Everything was good except the waiting for a provider to call in for my appointment . There wasn't a provider in the office.

Well only thing my nasal spray that’s was called in needs a prior authorization left two messages waiting so pharmacy can fill it. I just woke up from air or something outside like off today.

I never scheduled a follow up appointment and one wasn’t suggested. I have to check with my insurance company now. This is great…
