Citydoc does not disappoint.   I was in and out in 30 minutes.   Talked with Doctor and had my prescription refill.  Last visit was in March I needed stitches.

I never visited this location before but had to go due to the severity of the pain my daughter was having with her sore throat. Her doctor is good but no available openings. The experience was beyond exceptional. The staff and PA was too kind. I'm considering changing doctors. I love great service and the location we visited was nothing short of it.

The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

From the front desk, to the vitals nurse, to the Doctor, we felt like everyone genuinely listened and cared about our concerns. I would recommend this urgent care if you find yourself needing one for your kids.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Scheduling my appointment online was easy and the quality of care, my daughter received for her physical, was excellent! I absolutely will recommend to my family and friends!

Wait was longer than usual. Over 40 min with an appointment  Care was excellent and staff was friendly.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
