I was a new patient and had a 230 appointment....I expected to be there a while....but not 2 hrs! I did t get seen until 315! The dr and staff were very nice! But it took way to long!

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Long wait prescription was never sent in I’m beyond disappointed

Easy schedule, in and out , no wait time very knowledgeable doctor on site and the MA Linette and Jimelys were amazing!! Definitely recommend.

Scheduling the appt was easy.  The check-in process is so tedious. Having to go through health histories of grandparents, parents , siblings and children EVERY TIME is just annoying.  Nothing about their histories has changed since the last time I was there; nor does it have anything to do with my sinus infection!  Fix this.

I make it a practice never to respond to requests for reviews, but I had to make an exception for DOCS Urgent Care. From the easy and clear online intake, to the courteous people at the front desk, to the professionals who examined me and ultimately diagnosed the lab results, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, informative and comforting. I enthusiastically recommend this provider.

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

Well only thing my nasal spray that’s was called in needs a prior authorization left two messages waiting so pharmacy can fill it. I just woke up from air or something outside like off today.

I couldn’t be more pressed with the staff.  How professional, respectful, and kind.

Everyone was very respectful, the doctor had bedside manner and spoke very clearly and explained everything and answered questions for me
