I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.

Dr. Shah and his staff were terrific. They identified the problem and ordered the appropriate treatment.  I would recommend their office to anyone!

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

My son woke up with a sore throat. His PCP was available, but not for many hours. The physician at DOCS had availability. She was empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful.

woke up with flu symptoms. scheduling an appointment easy. no wait time. friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The staff here is great and always very helpful and quick to take me. Always a 5 star experience!

I just want to add that the Questionnaire had many questions that were not applicable.  Example what pronouns or gender do I identify with.

All staff were friendly, thorough, and there was minimal wait time.

Had a D.O.T. Physical only ever employee was very Courtesy and professional I will definitely be back here again next year and I will always recommend people of this urgent care

Was able to make an appt online  and was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience and pharmacy across the street!  Thank you!
