Professional and thorough. Great bedside manner. Less than 30 min wait time from walk in to being called to be seen by Dr.

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.

I was surprised to see that it didn't take me long to see the doctor.

Excellent staff & service, would highly recommend this location.

I cant thank you guys enough. I feel soo blessed to have this urgent care in this neighborhood. I've been there few times and everyones is exceptional genuine as soon as you step in excellent front desk no matter who's working. I'm bad with names I'm sorry. I always tell my family and friends about this location. I've been to city md and one around corner on 116 st. But ever since I've found you guys I've never gone anywhere but here. Can't thank you guys. O my nurse was excellent 👏 who took my vitals. Everyones just great.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Had a sore throat the night before and walked in and was seen within 15 minutes! Check in staff was friendly and very helpful! The nurse checking vitals was great and very effecient!! The doctor was very professional and caring!! This was my second visit to this location and I would highly recommend this provider! Overall a great experience!!
