Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Woke up not feeling well….cough was concerning. I went online booked an appointment within minutes! So very easy.

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

Walked in with my very sick daughter - no appt. Staff was super friendly and courteous. Wait time was minimal, intake was right away and dr came in not long after. Extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend any time!

It was easy to schedule my appointment. Everyone was polite and efficient

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

The nurse and the doctor were very friendly. Great bedside manner.
