I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My wait time was minimal. The PA was thorough in her explanations, I didn’t feel rushed. An overall good experience.

This is my first time going to an urgent care and the care that I got was great. All the people were friendly and sounded very knowledgeable. Seemed they care more about me than I did.

Went for Earwax removal, Doc said he cannot help becase he does not have tools to remove EARWAX, was charged and asked to go to ENT doctor. Doctor was no help at all.
