I appreciated their flexibility with my co-pay situation—they prioritized getting me in for treatment over immediate payment of my co-pay. They even offered to bill me so I could take care of it later. This approach truly made a difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients.

Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen
