          10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

          This place used to be super fast.  And I have had it be slow…. But today took it to a whole new level.  We waited with an appointment in the waiting room for over an  hour and a half.  (The receptionist said they were about 30 min behind).   We walked out 2.5 hours after we arrive.  Normally I love this place because the waits are not horrible.  Apparently they had one Dr. and one nurse working and the receptionist.  Everyone was very friendly, and I could tell they were working, but waiting an hour and a half after your appointment was way too long.

          This was the 3rd time we have visited your office. The staff and Dr. Kimberly are amazing. Very caring and informative. They all focus on my son and ensure that myself and wife are ok with the treatment. Plus they take to time to follow up with us to see how our son is feeling and doing. Not many places will do that.           I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

          The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.
