It was as the most amazing experience I have ever had at an urgent care. Everyone from the front office to the medical assistant and the doctor were kind and empathetic. The wait time was minimal. I would definitely recommend to take your babies there.

This was my first time at Little Spurs. Wait time was average but the customer service outweighed the wait. From staft to finish the ladies were extremely pleasant. The waiting room is nicely painted for a pediatric facility and I appreciated the TV with favorite animated movies playing. Yes, I would recommend and yes I will be returning for my son's urgent needs. THANKS LITTLE SPURS (Casa View location)

Had to schedule last minute. So glad there’s plenty of late availability. Love the ease of the app. I can upload all necessary documentation. Staff greeted me with a smile even though I had their last appointment of the day. Medical assistant was very pleasant and so was the nurse practitioner. Very thorough, great bedside manner. I have been using little spurs for whenever I cannot be seen at our pediatrician. My pediatrician has even said that they are highly recommended. Thank you so much!

I woke up with a sinus infection. Siince I have had them before I know what they feel like. This has been Going on since Wed making this the 4th day. The provider blew it off as a cold. Told me if its worse in 5 to 7 day to call her , then she will treat it. Really the the next day was day 5. So let me see she wait until it sets in so we can treat it longer, possibly have to see someone agains so it another office visit and more money for you all ripping people off. Or maybe even ending up in the hospital with it tuning into something deadly. My daughter was with me since she had an apt 20 minutes latter so we were in the same room. this provider googled her stuff, showed us pics. We ended up at the ER with her issue 4 hours later. This privider needs to be turned into the medical board for #1 diagnosed out of google. Really .!!!!!!! The clinc is fine and some of the providers are spot on but this provider needs to go bad reputation for the clince.

A1Plus service. I am new to the area and haven’t seen a new PCP. Started the week with a cough that later developed into a sore throat and ear pain so I found this placed due to availability.  Faith led me there. The staff and Dr. Inaganti were amazing.  I’m already feeling better.

My kid needed a physical done called and to my surprise they had an opening. Visit was awesome they had quick wait time visit it self was fast and efficient and the provider was awesome. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Minimal wait time was a plus and everything was explained thoughtfully. We were given ample opportunity to ask questions and left feeling like all our concerns were addressed

I took my son to the ER this morning and was given a six hour wait time. Instead of waiting I made an appointment at little spurs urgent care. I arrived 30 minutes early to his appointment and was able to wait in the car until about 10 minutes before his appointment. The paperwork for the appointment was available online so I was able to just show up to the appointment and wait without the stress of trying to fill out paperwork and look after my son.  The staff was friendly and helped my son feel at ease while he was being evaluated. I would recommend this urgent care and would bring my children in the future if needed!

came in with dislocated pinky finger. very competent sawbones popped it into place with minimum amount of torture. referring docs said it looked really bad.  that lady doc fixed me easily. she is an angel. all staff was great, too.

Very great customer service and very detailed at the front desk. Wait time was very long but understandable with how many sick children were in today .

I’ve never had a problem here. It’s always so quick to get in and out, and the medical professionals always have a conversation with me and listen to my concerns. Everyone here has been so friendly. I very much appreciate these folks. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Everyone was so caring towards me!  They made me feel like I was the only person that mattered at the time even though there was people who had already checked in. They told us that they were running a little behind it was only a twenty minute wait it still was a faster than going to your Doctors office! Loved the whole experience!!!!!

My son has had cough and struggling to breath all week but he kept saying he was “fine” come to find out he has pneumonia! Nurses were absolutely great and helpful. They seemed to actually care and made sure he was ok to go home vs go to hospital. Thank you!!
