I was there twice for both my sons. The service was quick. The staff was very kind and friendly attentive to our needs would recommend anyone going there. It’s a clean and very up-to-date environment, which makes the medical care there even more exceptional

The team was very nice and helpful. I figured there would be a wait since I booked the appointment a few hours earlier and was happy I was able to be seen today.

Everyone was very respectful, the doctor had bedside manner and spoke very clearly and explained everything and answered questions for me

Check in was easy because I made an appointment however I waited 50 minutes to be seen. Overall, the care and staff, were excellent. Very friendly and they answered all my questions with respect and care.

Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Everything went well until we found the prescription was never called in and you are closed today. I’m sick. This was not helpful.

I was a walk-in and expected to wait. It was an hour or hour and a half. Beats waiting at the ER all day.  I had a few issues with the signing in on my phone and had to keep bothering the girl at the front desk.  She was very patient with me and very sweet!  Very friendly staff! I’ve been there many times and never had a bad experience.
