Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Took a bit longer than I expected. As a first timer, as usual you need to set up your account, and answer the usual 100 questions. The ladies at the front desk were polite & friendly enough. When the doctor came in, I was quite surprised he was not from another country. Checked me out, and sent me on my way very happy with the experience.
