I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

It was easy to schedule my appointment. Everyone was polite and efficient

Was dealing with a really sore throat and congestion for a day and woke up with it worse.  Easily booked on line for 10 am appointment.  Arrived 9:50.  Wait time wasn't bad - about 30 mins.  I think people without an appointment may have gone ahead of me but not sure. Staff very friendly.  Nurse was excellent.  Dr. Ross Beyer was excellent. Great bedside manner.  Took time to explain to me. Would love for him to be my primary.  Would definitely go here again.

Walked in May 3 or 4 patients were front of me. The waitingvm wasn’t long at all. Dr was spot on. I know my body and the medications were in line with my symptoms. Gave me on instructions of returning if necessary.  I would recommend Mordern MD; they are my go to medical care center, since most regular physicians appointments are booked weeks in advance.

Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. I felt that Sherry, the NP I saw, was very thorough and thoughtful about my diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. Would definitely recommend Carbon Health and thank them for their services.

My son advised the nurse and PA that he was experiencing a cough, ear ache, sore throat and stuffy nose. They didn’t check anything but his throat and sent him on his way with a Rx.  If I am paying to see a DOCTOR, and complain that my ear hurts, possibly check my ear. My mother went there a few weeks ago and there is apparently a checklist she was supposed to fill out. She didn’t receive it so the clinic answered all of the questions and sent it to her primary doctor. What????   Having urgent care is great but they need to actually provide medical assistance.

It was convenient to schedule the appointment. The wait time was considerable.   The most important aspect was that the facility was equipped with X-ray machines

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone treated me with care and attentiveness. Its a wonderful establishment.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Got in very quickly and the doctor was able to find an easy solution for my deep cut.

Dr.Marchetti was a good listener and thorough in evaluation. His prescribed treatment fixed my ailment in short order. The waiting room music is a little too loud and not for universal tastes.

Everything was great with the check in & staff, other than the treatment, the medicine prescribed continued to dry my throat out more than it already was.
