When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. The receptionist was really nice, but besides that the nurse was really rude in the beginning. She was giving me attitude and the ghetto type. I tried to remain calm because I’m normally the type to give attitude back especially pop back, acting like we in Langley park. 🤨 We got what we needed to get through so they can get me in. The doctor was okay, but was giving me a difficult time. I understand that the doctor was just trying to figure out what was wrong with me and why I came in. I explained to her why and she was just giving me a fuss. I told her that I was worry for my health and needed my blood drawn. I explained why. And she was saying it was not a good enough reason? Besides that, at the end the same nurse came into my room and decided to be nice to me When I told her I was scared of needles cause I was about to get my blood drawn. I don’t really like the attitude from her in the beginning. But besides that I got in and got out fast mainly cause the place was empty and it was about to close.

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.
